Extra-curricular activities form an integral part of the School. The activities provide ample scope for the holistic development catering towards the creative faculties of the students and are aimed to help make them intelligent and ensure productive use of their spare time. Most of the activities like Debates and Extempore (English and Hindi), Elocution (English and Hindi), Quiz, Art and Craft, Essay Writing, Dance and Music, Singing, Calligraphy etc are enthusiastically contested by the students at the Inter House and Inter School levels.Every opportunity is used to impart values, be it in the classrooms or the games fields. The School Assembly which takes place every day is specially organized to groom the students. Prayers are read and short talks are arranged on various topics of students’ interest keeping character building in view.Children are made to recite poems, read out stories, sing assembly songs, read out news, conduct short quizzes etc. The School lounge has large display boards where interesting bits of daily News is put up, with active participation of the students. During concerts students of respective Houses stage various entertainment and cultural items. The Musical Evenings and the Annual Day Cultural Programmes are aimed at providing the children opportunities to showcase their latent talents on stage.
