Teacher’s Training

Profession quality development of teachers becomes indispensable to respond to the changing needs of students. Teachers need to adjust their teaching with the evolving goals and at the same time deal with infinite variations in students, each of whom is unique. In such a scenario continues professional quality development of teachers becomes absolutely indispensable to respond to the changing needs of the students and system.

Right to Education Act,2009 also highlights the need of teachers training. The central Board of secondary Education (C.B.S.E) has amended its affiliation Bye-Laws. A minimum of 05 (five) days of in- Service training Programmes per year is mandatory for every teacher.

The following training Programmes were conducted by the CBSE in the academic year 2019-20 under the theme

i) Capacity Building Programme on uploading Ethics and Integrity on 1.01.2019
ii) Capacity Building Programme on Stress Management.
iii) Capacity Building Programme on class management in School.
iv) Capacity Building Programme on Life Skill.
v) Capacity Building Programme on Gender Sensitivity.
vi) A Group of teachers attended a day long workshop “Engineering Marvels in Classrooms”, was conducted by Ratna Sagar Publication Pvt.Ltd.

Besides these our teachers also attended workshop on social science conducted by Faculty Development and Research (FDRC) in Delhi, Effective English language training, Examination reforms and Evaluation.
Recently CBSE Launched Online Teachers Training course on DIKSHA (Digital Infrastructure for Knowledge Sharing), Our teachers registered their names.
